A Brief History...

Studied by Standford University Psychologist Carol Dweck, Mindset is a simple idea of beliefs about yourself, your capabilities and most basic qualities.  The two types of mindsets are "fixed" and "growth".  These two types of mindsets determine whether or not you have limiting beliefs that get in the way of achieving your goals.  By identifying your mindset and understanding that you have a choice in choosing what to believe, Mindset Training can improve your confidence, achievement and fulfillment!
